Shipping & Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Package delivery times may be extended due to the COVID-19 impact. 

 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard shipping is available for a $5 flat rate fee for US customers.

Standard shipping including insurance up to $100 is available for a $9 flat rate fee for US customers. 

Express shipping including insurance up to $100 is available for a $10 flat rate fee for US customers.

Protect your package against loss or damage by purchasing insurance coverage. Insurance coverage only covers the actual value of mail contents. If you do not wish to purchase insurance on your package, please understand we are not responsible if your package is lost or stolen and you will not be able to file a claim through the carrier. 

 

 

 

After placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. Once your order is shipped, we will not be able to intercept your package.

Once your order is processed: 

- Standard shipping is 5-7 business days.

- Express shipping is 2-3 business days. 

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.  

Business days excludes holidays. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are offering International shipping and shipping costs can be found at checkout. After placing your order, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Please note there may be potential customs processing times that may delay your delivery. We have no control of customs processing times. Customs fees may apply to some international orders. The customer is responsible for all customs fees. 


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Please make sure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly. If a package is returned to Faces Beauty Studio, the customer will be responsible for redelivery cost or you have the option to be refunded minus the shipping cost. 


LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

Once orders are placed with shipping carrier and in transit, Faces Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address. When checking out, you have the option to protect your package against loss or damage by purchasing insurance coverage. Insured packages will be able to file a claim through the carrier. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, please contact the carrier to file a claim for the missing shipment. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to hygienic/sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or cancelations once your order has been placed. We always recommend performing patch tests prior to application to avoid any allergic reactions.
