Shipping Took entirely too long

The formula is top tier and I’ve been a customer for years and have ordered close to 100 bottles. I’m at my end with the applicator. It’s HORRIBLE!!! It frays to the point of being unusable. I’ve wasted so much product. This is not my first time complaining, but seeing that it’s not being addressed, I’m currently looking for a replacement and one that I don’t have to order online. I’m surrounded by Beauty stores and suppliers, it will just be a process. Change the applicator, READ YOUR REVIEWS—the customers are speaking! I wish I could post pictures on this review.

Like previous reviews, this formula is amazing and I have ordered a few times but the reason I havent reordered is because of the applicator, it starts to bend and stick to itself and once it gets there its so hard to apply. I came back to see if its still the same and it is, the formula is so good I might just order again knowing what's gonna happen.

I have purchased this glue for years, probably over 100 bottles I’m a weekly cluster user. This formula is top tier and nothing I try has ever compared. However, I always waste probably 50% of the bottle because the applicator tip starts to frey, bend and gather far too much product which eventually creates a mess everytime you open it. I LOVE this formula but the applicator is so disappointing, pls make the brush smaller or plastic or silicone!!

Wow, this lash glue is awesome! I can put my lashes on in minutes for the first time. I'm so impressed and happy!
