Replacement Black Adhesive

Ordered originally in December. Product came totally dried out. Supposedly sent replacement but never received. I let them know that. It’s been over 2 weeks. I keep getting told they’re working with the post office and won’t issue a refund until it’s officially been declared lost. This whole thing has been a nightmare. Will absolutely never ever purchase anything from you again.
