Have not received my order- Over a month of waiting

I ordered this product in May, I have been waiting for my order for over a month now, I have emailed the company 3 times and I still have not received my order, nor have I received an email response.

Shipping is RIDICULOUS

The waiting time for this lash glue has become ridiculous! You place an order with an expected pre ship date and the day before your item is to be shipped you receive an email talking about Tariffs and the shipping will be extended another 2 weeks,etc and asks if you want a refund or continue to wait….? You select to wait and it’s been an additional 3 weeks . This has to change I’ve been using this glue for over a year now but the shipping process has been horrible the last 4 orders

Love this glue has been my fav for years now just wish is what available in a squeeze tube this tube gets dried out fast and the applicator becomes a sticky mess

Love it but the applicator.

Hands down, this is the best product I ever used, but the applicator seperate so bad, and cutting the strings off is wasting a lot of the product... But I'm going to order it again because your lashes is not going to move.
