LASHES SECURED LASH ADHESIVE

It’s been three months and I never received anything. I reached out and was patiently waiting for an update and they never responded. Totally horrible!

I have ordered the lash glue for years and somehow in May they were delayed stock and informed me it would be a wait until the following month.

It is now almost August and they have stopped responding to my emails requesting any order updates or refund requests.

Highly disappointed and will be looking for new company to buy from that doesn’t ghost their customers!

I ordered this product in May, I have been waiting for my order for over a month now, I have emailed the company 3 times and I still have not received my order, nor have I received an email response.

The waiting time for this lash glue has become ridiculous! You place an order with an expected pre ship date and the day before your item is to be shipped you receive an email talking about Tariffs and the shipping will be extended another 2 weeks,etc and asks if you want a refund or continue to wait….? You select to wait and it’s been an additional 3 weeks . This has to change I’ve been using this glue for over a year now but the shipping process has been horrible the last 4 orders

Love this glue has been my fav for years now just wish is what available in a squeeze tube this tube gets dried out fast and the applicator becomes a sticky mess
